- Strain selection of new, optimal probiotics for targeted health applications
- Validation of new effective delivery systems for probiotics
- Demonstration of clinical efficacy and mode of action of L. reuteri and other probiotics in:
- gastrointestinal health
- Helicobacter pylori infection
- inflammation in the digestive tract
- immune defence
- gingivitis and dental caries
