Dividend policy
As of December 31 2007 the Company had no disposable earnings. The Annual General Meeting resolved that the total accumulated deficit will be covered through a transfer from the share premium reserve.
Future dividends will be determined with consideration to the Company’s profit development, investments requirements, financial position and other factors deemed relevant by the Board of Directors.
