ESPGHAN 2009, Budapest

The European Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (ESPGHAN) took place in Budapest 3-6 June. Almost 1500 delegates from all over the world were present.

BioGaia had an exhibition and hosted a satellite symposium with the title ”Probiotics in pediatrics – Facts, Fiction and Future”. The audience of over 150 people got the opportunity to see Prof. B. Björkstén, Dr T. del Moral, Dr F. Indrio and Dr E. Lionetti present the latest clinical data on L. reuteri Protectis and the latest opinions on probiotics in pediatrics.
