ESPGHAN in Italian Sorrento
 The 44th Annual meeting of ESPGHAN (The European Society for Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition) will take place May 25-28 in Sorrento, Italy. Over 2 000 delegates from all over the world will be present. BioGaia participates as silver sponsor at the meeting and will host the satellite symposium “Advances in Paediatric Health: New Perspectives on Probiotics” where Dr J. Bienenstock, Dr T. Inspiring meetings during BioGaia Academy
BioGaia Academy 2011 took place in the Spanish city Alcalá de Henares, just outside Madrid during a few days in April. Partners from all over the world had come to share their experiences and be inspired by each other. If you are a partner you can find articles and photographs on BioGaia's Partner Lounge.
BioGaia on Facebook BioGaia is now on Facebook. Consumers and health professionals can easily ask questions and share their stories with BioGaia´s products in this forum. The Facebook page will initially be focused on the American market however it is open to visitors worldwide. BioGaia's Facebook page can be found as BioGaia Probiotics when you log in at Facebook.
 ORS launch in Europe BioGaia's oral rehydration product was launched in Sweden 2009 and Italy during 2010 and has been well received. Verman in Finland was first to launch the flavoured ORS during the first quarter 2011, also with good response from pharmacies and consumers. The product will be launched in other European countries in the near future.
