Researchers from the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada, have now presented the results of their latest study where they investigated the role of Lactobacillus reuteri Protectis in the treatment of infantile colic.
The results showed that 5 drops of L reuteri Protectis administrated daily significantly improved colic symptoms by reducing crying and fussing.
As glad as we were to see the results of the study we are glad to see that also others take notice of the results. One article was published by Canadian news site, CBC News, who also interviewed the principal investigator of the study, Gideon Koren, MD. You can read the article online through The CBC News website.
