  • Sweet potatoes  

  • Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cut the sweet potatoes lengthwise into thick slices. 

  • Brush some olive oil on both sides. 

  • Place on baking tray with parchment paper. 

  • Cook in oven for 15 min on 435°F. 

  • Add your favorite topping!
