INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango 

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple 

  • 1 orange 

  • 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger 

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 

  • Honey 

  • Coconut water 

  • 1 tsp turmeric 

  • 5 drops BioGaia Baby Drops (one dose contains a minimum of 100 million live L. reuteri Protectis®.) 

  

INSTRUCTIONS 

 

  • Put everything into a mixer and mix until smooth. 

  •  Add more coconut water if you want a thinner consistency.
