  • 3-4 carrots 

  • 2 cups boiled lentils 

  • 2 eggs 

  • 1 cup grated cheese 

  • Fresh parsley 

  • Garlic powder

 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  

  • Start by peeling and grating the carrots.
  • Chop some fresh parsley and add together with the boiled lentils.
  • Add a couple of eggs to make the mix stick together.
  • Grate some cheese and add to the mix.
  • Sprinkle some garlic powder on top and mash it all to your desired texture.
  • Then use your hands to form bite-sized tots.
