INGREDIENTS

  

  • 1 cup almond milk 

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower 

  • 1 frozen ripe banana  

  • 3 tbsp white beans, optional 

  • 3-4 pcs soft pitted dates 

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter 

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, optional 
     

INSTRUCTIONS

  

Put everything into the mixer. Mix it until smooth. Taste! Add more almond milk if you want a looser consistency.
