2 1/2 cups broccoli, frozen

2 cups cauliflower, frozen

1/2 leek, copped

4 cups + 3 tbsp water

1/2 cup cashews

1 vegetable stock cube

1 tbsp oil

herb salt

7 ounces asparagus

oil, to fry
TOPPING
Roasted almonds - green herb oil
INSTRUCTIONS

Put all the gut healthy ingredients in a saucepan. Let it boil for 10-15 min or until the green veggies and the cashews are soft.

Fry the asparagus in some oil and salt until it’s golden.
