 INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1 cup oats 

  • 2 ripe bananas 

  • 4 eggs

  • ghee/oil, for cooking

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

  • Mix the oats in a blender into a flour. Add the bananas and eggs. Mix it all together. 

  • Heat a pan to medium heat. Let the butter/oil melt. Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter onto the hot pan. Cook until small bubbles form on the surface, 2-3 min. 

  • Flip the pancake. Cook for another 1-2 min until it's golden.

 

Repeat for the rest of the batter. ENJOY your healthy baby snack!
