INGREDIENTS

1 cup of water

2 ½ cups of orange juice, freshly squeezed

1/2 cup of lemon juice, freshly squeezed

6 tbsp of gelatin powder

1-2 tbsp of Manuka honey

1/2 tsp of fresh ginger, grated
INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl, soften gelatin with one cup of water.

In a small saucepan over low to medium heat, add orange juice, lemon juice, and ginger.

Stir in the softened gelatin and mix until dissolved. Turn off the heat and pour the liquid into a heat-safe bowl or pitcher. Let it cool slightly.

Add Manuka honey and whisk to combine.

Pour the mixture into silicone molds and place in the refrigerator for two to three hours, or longer, until set.

Remove from the molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
