Citrus ginger gummies recipe for immune support

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1 cup of water 

  • 2 ½ cups of orange juice, freshly squeezed 

  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice, freshly squeezed 

  • 6 tbsp of gelatin powder 

  • 1-2 tbsp of Manuka honey 

  • 1/2 tsp of fresh ginger, grated 

 
INSTRUCTIONS

 

  • In a small bowl, soften gelatin with one cup of water. 

  • In a small saucepan over low to medium heat, add orange juice, lemon juice, and ginger. 

  • Stir in the softened gelatin and mix until dissolved. Turn off the heat and pour the liquid into a heat-safe bowl or pitcher. Let it cool slightly. 

  • Add Manuka honey and whisk to combine. 

  • Pour the mixture into silicone molds and place in the refrigerator for two to three hours, or longer, until set. 

  • Remove from the molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
